Application Process

Application process is generally simple. Anybody willing to study can apply directly to the respective university with application form. Mostly the studies are conducted in English, Russian or Georgian language, we can choose from any of them. Internationally recognized universities recommend you to provide them with TOEFL score along with your application form, unless you can prove yourself of your English proficiency.

Generally, a certified copies of your recently completed level of study, a health certificate, criminal record, a copy of passport are required with the application form. So it is advised to prepare these documents beforehand.

There are 2 semesters a year, some universities accept application for both the semesters while some doesn't. Officially an academic year begins on 18th of September. You will have to apply at least 3 to 4 months before the beginning of the semester.

Since we don't have Georgian Consulate in Nepal, we get entry permit as soon as we arrive at the Georgian International Airport in tbilisi. Student visa is granted after one month from the date of entry.
